The following describes how ShopProp handles your personal information, and what steps we take to protect your privacy. We do not disclose your personal information to any unaffiliated third party for marketing purposes. We may, in some circumstances, disclose certain information to an affiliated company. This is described more fully below. If you close your account with us or otherwise become a former customer, we will treat your nonpublic, personal financial information as described in this policy.

Who We Are

ShopProp is a licensed real estate broker providing real estate services and products to international customers as well as customers in a number of US jurisdictions.

Accessing Information

Access to customer information is authorized for ShopProp's business purposes only. It is based on our need to know such information to assist you in providing products or services to you, to conduct our business, and to comply with applicable regulations and industry standards of conduct. ShopProp requires employees who have access to customer information to protect it and keep it confidential.

Security Standards

ShopProp continues to assess new technology to evaluate its ability to provide additional protection of your personal information. We maintain physical, lectronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information.

Sharing Information with Non-Affiliates

We are members of the MLS. In some cases, ShopProp may put clients information in the MLS or other sites when it is requested by the customer.

In the course of conducting business, we may disclose some or all of the previously described information about you to other non-affiliated third parties, as allowed by law, for the purpose of:

1. Effecting, administering, or enforcing a transaction that you request or authorize and to otherwise provide customer service or account maintenance;
2. Responding to a subpoena, or to comply with an inquiry by a government agency or regulator, or to otherwise prevent fraud or rule violations; and
3. Performing services for us or on our behalf.

Sharing Information with Affiliates

We are members of the Northwest Multiple Listing Service. In some cases, ShopProp may put clients information in the MLS or other sites when it is requested by the customer.

1. To the extent the information is required to complete or process a transaction you have requested; or
2. To aid MLS or other affiliates in determining whether it would be appropriate and consistent with both regulatory requirements and industry practice to discuss certain products and services with you.
3. If any of your information changes, please let your broker know, so that
   your records may be updated.
