We will also upload your listing in the ones that don’t, such as Oodle, Google Base, Vast, Yahoo, HotPads, Trulia, Zillow, Geebo, OLX, Backpage, DotHomes and Others. - FREE - Showing your home – ShopProp will refer all phone calls and showings to you directly. If you are offering a selling office commission (commission paid to the agent that represents the buyer) ShopProp agents and other licensed agents will call to schedule appointments when they have potential buyers that want to see your property. If the property is Vacant you can elect to allow agents to access the Key Box and show without scheduling an appointment. You can also show the property yourself to potential buyers. If you elect to offer a $0 commission and the buyer represents themselves and works directly with you on the purchase of your property, congratulations you will not owe us a dime.
- FREE - Receiving an offer – if you elect $0 commission the offers will come directly to you.
- FREE - Inspections and Closing – if you elect $0 commission when you have accepted an offer on your property you will coordinate the closing with escrow.

- Inspections and Closing - When you have accepted an offer on your property a ShopProp transaction coordinator will help you through the inspection and escrow process as well as handle the paperwork needed to finish the transaction.
- What's the catch – ShopProp receives the benefit of being able to advertise your listing and receives a $1495 commission. We can offer this service because with the technical advances we have seen in the last 10 -15 years it has become easier and easier to represent the seller. The reality is that because of these advances most commissions have come down in most industries. Most agents and brokerages are fighting hard to keep commissions artificially high.
