Here's how it works:
- Find a house you want to buy, use the tools on our website or any other website
- Drive by the properties you are interested in
- ShopProp agents will:
- Schedule a time to show you the inside of properties you are interested in.
- Do a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) for you, when requested.
- Write up your offer and negotiate with the seller or the seller agent
- Schedule your Inspection with the seller or listing agent
- Be present during the inspection process
- Help your loan officer getting all appropriate documents to closing.
- And the best part, upon closing ShopProp will write you a check
for the commission minus our fee
It's that simple.
Fees
You never pay an upfront fee with ShopProp. Our fee is subtracted at closing and the amount varies only
by the number of services you require. Services are defined as: Showings, Offers or being present during an Inspection (a licensed agent is required to be onsite during an inspection.)
- For up to 4 services: $1995
- For up to 5 services: $2995
- For up to 6 services: $3995
- For unlimited services: $4995
Example: If you buy a house for $450,000 with ShopProp as your agent and during the process you requested
2 showings, 1 offer and 1 inspection you would receive a rebate from ShopProp for $11,505. Remember
if you use a traditional full commission agent that $11,505 is money that would normally go to them, not to you.
